The theme: A bet on the global march toward a cleaner, greener world, with nearly every industry now working to shrink its carbon footprint.

My take

I follow it as an AI play in disguise, and as a bet on a growing world. More people and more technology both need more power, and that need is never going away.

For anyone new to the theme, GE Vernova is the name that stands out. It's a leader in the power infrastructure we rely on today, and in the next generation of it.

The biggest risk on this list is Tesla. It trades at a steep premium because it makes the grandest promises. Even so, its push into electric vehicles and batteries could still drive major advances in clean energy.

How this ranking works

Standard classifications describe what a company files as, not what it's a bet on. This is a hand-picked list of the Clean Energy names in our US universe, chosen by the site's founder. Each carries the same 0–100 quality-growth score used everywhere on the site (how it's built), and re-scores every trading day.

Common questions

What counts as a Clean Energy stock?

A bet on the global march toward a cleaner, greener world, with nearly every industry now working to shrink its carbon footprint. The companies are hand-picked by Bartholomew Chupka Jr., the site's founder, from the stocks in our US coverage.

How are the best Clean Energy stocks ranked?

Each name is scored on the Bull Rankings quality-growth model — one 0–100 score blending business quality, growth, and valuation — the same score used everywhere on the site.

Are analysts raising or cutting Clean Energy earnings estimates?

Across the 11 Clean Energy names with a reading, the median forward earnings estimate is being cut — -1.5% over 90 days, behind the market (+0.5%). The universe is re-scored every trading day after the US market close, so the ranking reflects the latest fundamentals and prices.
