These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and The Bull Rankings ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of The Bull Rankings website, its content, and its APIs (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. What the Service is
The Bull Rankings publishes a quantitative stock-ranking model, per-company score cards, price-target projections, and written commentary, refreshed on a periodic schedule. Some written commentary is generated with the assistance of automated language models. The Service is provided for general information, research, and educational purposes only.
4. Not investment advice; no professional relationship
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or to adopt any investment strategy. All content is general and impersonal — it does not account for your individual objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, or needs.
Using the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory, broker-dealer, or other professional relationship between you and us. Scores, rankings, grades, and price targets are model outputs based on third-party data and assumptions that may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Past or hypothetical performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed financial professional before acting on anything you see here. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
5. Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- An account is for a single person. Do not share credentials or transfer your account without our consent.
- We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content, or access the Service through automated means except via interfaces we expressly provide;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, paywalls, security features, or access controls;
- copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly display the rankings, scores, or commentary as a substitute for the Service, or use them to build or train a competing product or model;
- probe, attack, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data;
- misrepresent the Service's output as personalized advice, or use it to violate securities laws or any other applicable law; or
- upload or transmit malware, or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.
You may share individual rankings or score cards for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution and a link back to the Service.
7. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Parts of the Service are offered for free; other features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.
- Auto-renewal — paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until cancelled.
- Cancellation — you may cancel at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds — fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated at the point of sale. Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current period.
- Price changes — we may change subscription prices; changes apply to the next billing period after reasonable notice.
- Taxes — stated prices may exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
- Non-payment — if a charge fails, we may downgrade or suspend Pro features until payment succeeds.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including the ranking model, scoring methodology, score cards, written commentary, text, design, and software — is owned by The Bull Rankings or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. Market data displayed in the Service belongs to its respective data providers.
9. Affiliate relationships and advertising
Some outbound links — for example, to brokerages or financial-services providers — are affiliate links, and we may be compensated if you open an account or take a qualifying action. The Service may also display third-party advertising. Affiliate compensation and advertising revenue do not influence the model's outputs or the rankings shown. Advertised or linked products are offered by third parties, not by us.
10. Third-party data, content, and links
The Service depends on third-party market-data sources and language-model providers, and may link to third-party sites. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee third-party data, content, or services, and automated commentary may contain errors or omissions. Third-party data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bull Rankings and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment losses or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bull Rankings from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or abuse the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8, and 11–13) will survive.
15. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Effective" date shown at the top of this page (currently May 17, 2026) reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated where the law requires, and your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
